Sneaker Heads SA is a South African eCommerce store that sells grade UA (Unauthorized Authentic) replica sneakers to those who want sneakers made by companies such as Adidas and Nike for example but don’t want to pay the retail price for them
Objectives
- Get website traffic and enhance brand visibility.
- To increase online revenue.
Challenges
The brand was still in in its early stages and in a highly competitive replica sneaker industry. The three main competitors held an advantage with a broader selection of sneakers and a larger customer base who trusted their brands.
To address these challenges, our primary objectives were to:
- Build a fully functional eCommerce website that is user-friendly and efficient online platform
- Drive sales through website purchases.

Solutions Implemented
- I began by building a Shopify website with easy to navigate user experience, especially for mobile devices which is where majority of traffic comes from for eCommerce sites.
- I then implemented on-page and off-page SEO optimisations, which included analysing the competitor keywords, their referring domains, and keyword mapping using Ahrefs.
- The relevant and improved keywords gathered were used to optimise the content of website, and for Google’s PPC campaign
Results and Outcomes
Jan 2021 – Nov 2021
- The implementation of a mobile-responsive website with excellent user experience and well optimised PPC campaigns resulted in 351 conversions and an increase of 624% in revenue.
- Moreover, the conversion rate saw a substantial improvement of 54%, reaching an impressive 3.95%.
